Coronas Mexican Restaurant in Arroyo Grande

This is my go to place for Mexican. Very relaxed and casual. Food and service is always amazing.

Friendly staff, tasty food, good-sized portions, recyclable paper straws and take-out boxes!

Coronas Mexican restaurant was absolutely delicious. Ingrid snd the other waitress were absolutely on it. The food was devine, the burritos were great one wet one straight. Beans and rice were great, the red sauce was absolutely amazing. Try this place before you leave town to head back home if your not from the area. If you live here and haven't experienced this gem of a place. Then it's try to get down there and give it a try!

Food is good. Service is slow. They dont like to accommodate food substitutes, e.g whole beans instead of lard refried beans. Salsa and chips are yummy

I highly recommend it been there twice. Always looking for a good Mexican restaurant in that area and that's about the best. We're from Fresno.

The service was terrible food was even worse. “Authentic Mexican Food” honestly what a joke. My family and friends all came to eat here together were all Mexican so I’m not speaking out of a place of ignorance and we’ve never had such bad food before in our lives. The most Americanized version of Mexican food we’ve ever tasted some was even hard to try and stomach so my family didn’t even bother. On top of it all very overpriced and not worth it for the food. If you have terrible taste buds and no knowledge whatsoever as to what actual authentic Mexican food should taste like then this is the place for you.

I have been coming here for a time. Food is excellent! Service is great! Have a nice out door patio. Prices are comparable to other Mexican restaurants. Every day they have a special like Tuesday is Taco Tuesday. $2.50 each.🤗🌮

Food was delicious and had good size portions that I couldn't even finish it all and had to take it home!

Really good food and service

The food wasn't necessarily bad, but it was not anything special. The thing that really got me was the service. It was not very busy when we went, but still it took 5 minutes for someone to come to our table to begin with, and it took surprisingly long for the food to come out. There is definitely a lot of substantially better Mexican food in the area.

Driven past this place about a hundred times...not gonna do that again! Really good!

Out waitress was really good and the food was amazing.

Food is pretty good, guacamole isn't that great. I had the beef fajitas and my girlfriend had the chicken salad, I know not the most authentic Mexican food but it was tasty and good. Service was okay at best. They were slow and when we did not care for the guacamole she didn't quickly take it back and take it off our bill. Albodingas soup was very bland as well.

The food here is very good, best Mexican food in the 4 cities area.

This place is small but you can call your order in . The Spanish style food is well prepared and filling. Lunch specials are ready quickly and delicious.

Great service from the entire staff. The food is excellent. Taco salad shells are fresh and the grilled chicken is superb. The wife loves their tamales with the verde sauce.

Terrible service from the minute we walked in, I had to ask the receptionist if we should leave because of her words towards us. We order our food and we're unexpectedly given to-go bags for our order.I didn't get half through the food before realizing that the chicken was still pink. I experience food poisoning to follow. I called 5+ times over a course of weeks and was told the manager will call me. 2 months later, after a few more calls and visiting the restaurant in person with the receipt. We receive a call from the manager arguing that I'm wrong and refused to give me a refund.

Great Service Good Nachos with best Salsa we ever had. Burritos and Enschiladas just to big too eat. Too bad it has to be thrown away if you stay in hotel.

My husband & I really enjoyed their food it's the authentic food. The price is very reasonable & their drinks are good & reasonable compared to other places. We highly recommend it.

My family has eaten here many times. The food has always been great, the service great, the prices are good. I can only give 4 stars today because a waitress I’ve never seen before was less than desirable. The owner should require the help to be drug tested.

My opinion.. It's very good. Salsa uhh yes plz I got chili Verde with rice n bean(torts2)OMG so yummy my gf got Grande burrito with chicken chili Verde she had eaten 3/4.. when I'm doneI'm done so full. So yummy

Really appreciate the super kind service by the young lady that helped us on Thursday. 8/8/19.She was very patient and kind with us. We enjoyed our chili verde enchilada lunch specials and the chips and salsa were delicious. Not too spicy, not too bland.Extra 🌟 for having the perfect volume on their background music. We could actually hear our conversation.

Good Food Friendly Staff

What I liked was the friendly waitress and the food. I had the chimichanga. I've only been here three times but, all three times I have been sat at a dirty table and had to ask them to clean it. That's why it does not get five stars.

Good food and good service I don't get here often enough

Food was great tamales tasted homemade salsa had a great taste even brought my leftover home! Service was friendly our waitress was on top of our drinks! It's small but that's where you find the best food will definitely stop again as we travel through town!

Pretty good food. Not as good as La Costa. Excellent service!
